Keep initial information limited
The form collects your name, preferred safe contact method, contact details, practice category and relevant party names for initial conflict screening. A short overview and a deadline you have been given are optional. The practice does not calculate or confirm a legal deadline through the form.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, extensive sensitive details or documents through initial intake. Invitation-based document exchange is available inside the private portal.
A request is not representation
A consultation request, saved receipt or portal invitation does not create an attorney-client relationship. The attorney must accept any engagement separately. Do not assume a message has been reviewed or that action is being taken. If a deadline is approaching, seek timely direct legal assistance instead of waiting for a website response.
Private records and access
Consultation requests and portal records are stored for the legal practice. Access is restricted to authorized practice members and, for assigned matters, invited clients. Messages, documents and invoices are not shared with the music or promotion workspace, marketing memory or AI services.
The portal uses HTTPS and protected storage. It is not end-to-end encrypted: authorized practice members and the people administering the hosting system may be able to access records as part of their responsibilities.
Messages and email
A saved message and a sent email are different events. Receipts and the portal show saved status without promising email delivery. Email, where configured, carries limited notification information; detailed communications stay in the portal. Reply in the portal rather than assuming an email reply will appear in the matter thread.
Documents and payments
Documents require authenticated access and matter authorization. Uploaded files may remain unavailable while security checks are pending. Payment details, when a lawyer-approved provider is configured, are entered on that provider’s hosted payment page. This website does not collect card numbers or bank credentials.
Retention and requests
The practice manages retention, closure and deletion according to the needs of the matter and applicable requirements. This notice does not set a legal retention period. Ask the practice about access, correction or deletion. Removal from active storage does not immediately erase older encrypted recovery copies, which follow their separate retention process.
Cookies and this temporary address
The portal uses authentication cookies. Public pages do not use advertising trackers, third-party fonts or analytics scripts. This temporary address shares a browser origin with Tunninet’s website; the URL path alone is not a security boundary. Authorization is checked for every private request. A future move to a separate configured domain will require signing in there separately.
